"SHFC (Sanya's Hope For Children) strongly believes every child deserves basic human rights like food, shelter, clothes, safety and education."

Anyone can make a difference

Hello! My name is Sanya Pirani and I am a sixth grade student at Hidden Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake, Minnesota. I have been volunteering and fundraising since the age of seven because I am committed in helping children and transforming communities one life at a time. With half the world’s population under the age 25, SHFC’s mission is to help young people with basic necessities of life, fund educational endeavors, find their voice, take action, and make an impact on vital community issues.

Causes

I have been involved in various service projects with the CAP Agency, Feed My Starving Children, and the CROP Hunger Walk. My most recent project was “Food Drive” for local families we collected 1500 pounds of food and $1,500. In additional, our previous fundraiser was “Diaper Drive”  we manage to collect over 13,000 diapers! Thanks to our local partners like Lion clubs and Optimist Club.

My future hope is to raise enough money to go on a mission trip and build school for impoverished children. My dream is to open a local “Compassion media center for vulnerable teen”.
